Capabilities:
At Vertex Steel Inc., we will give you the utmost personal
attention. We are able to do so as we are not a mega ton fabricator.
You will never be just a job on the board for us. From the first
kickoff meeting to the contract close out, all our work is
continually monitored to
produce the highest quality product at a competitive price.
Vertex Steel Inc. has a fleet of delivery trucks to better service
the needs of the field. These trucks are available for national
delivery of materials and tools for any job.
Personnel:
All VSI welders are AWS certified. Miscellaneous iron is our forte.
We deliver high quality specialty design, as well as, repetitive
processes such as curb steel and grating by the mile. With the top
level experience we have in our shop, we are committed to
retain our key employees. These workers are critical to our long
term heath and success as a company.
Fabrication Shop:
Our facility is capable of handling most any size project. We
successfully fabricate the smallest single bumper post to large
commercial or industrial plans. Projects have included but not
limited to door lentils, door jambs, roof grillage, platforms,
handrail, stair rails, and pre pit steel. We do specialty jobs
consisting of huge multiple piece templates for stacks, turbines and
generators. We are also your experts for multi story stair towers,
ornamental railings, Med-gas supports, etc.
Hospitals use VSI to fabricate boom supports for their operating
room lighting and equipment. This is a critical component to them as
these materials require the lowest tolerance for vibration.
We “value” engineer project drawings for ways and methods to save
construction costs for the customer where possible. See more info of
